DEAE-целлюлоза, диэтиламиноэтил ц. — соединение, характеризующееся наличием (+)- и (–)-зарядов, благодаря чему используется для набивки колонок с целью отделения и очистки белков и нуклеиновых кислот. После связывания на такой колонке разнозаряженные молекулы элюируются буфером с постепенно увеличивающейся концентрацией соли.
Диэтиламиноэтиловая (ДЭАЭ) целлюлоза — замещенное производное целлюлозы, используемое при хроматографии кислых или слабощелочных белков, когда значения рН у них выше изоэлектрической точки.
